Q. チェックイン／チェックアウトの時間はいつですか？
チェックインは15時-21時30分まで行っております。21時30分以降になる場合は、ご連絡ください。
チェックアウトは10時までにお願いいたします。
22時以降到着の場合は、延長料金が1時間ごとにお一人様1000円かかってきますのでお気をつけてください。
フリーチェックアウト方式ですので、ゲスト様は、フロントにあるキーボックスに鍵を返却していただき、チェックアウト完了です。
Q. 部屋にシャワー・トイレは付いていますか？
シングルルーム、ダブルルーム、ツインルーム、デラックスルームは、各部屋にユニットバス＆トイレが付いております。
ドミトリーには共用のシャワールーム＆トイレが付いております。
ドミトリーは時間帯により混み合う場合がございますので、ご理解とご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。
Q. アメニティグッズはなにがありますか？
個室はタオル（大、小）、歯ブラシ、カミソリを無料で設置しております。
ドミトリーはタオル、歯ブラシ、カミソリはございませんので、ご持参いただくかフロントにてご購入ください。
またシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーは全室にありますので、ご自由にお使いください。
Q. ロッカーはありますか？
ドミトリーご利用のお客様にご用意しています。（5F 16個・6F 12個）
ナンバー式ロッカーで、サイズは奥行49cm・高さ40cm・幅40cmとなります。
ご利用の際は、スタッフまでお尋ねください。
Q. キャンセル料金は発生しますか？
キャンセル料金は、以下の通り発生いたします。
- 連絡なしの不泊/不着：宿泊料金の100％
- 当日：宿泊料金の100％
- 2日前から：宿泊料金の50％
☆☆阿波おどり期間中（8月11日~8月15日宿泊分）は、下記となります。
- 事前決済のみ予約受付：宿泊料金の100％（無断キャンセルが多かった為、ご了承ください）
※お振込手数料やその他かかる料金は、お客様負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。
※キャンセルポリシーは、宿泊対象日によって異なる場合がございます。
※公共交通機関等の運休・遅延の場合でも、キャンセル料は発生いたします。
Q. 荷物は預かってもらえますか？
９時～22時まで、フロントにて無料でお荷物のお預かりを行っております。
ご利用の際はスタッフまでお尋ねください。
Q. インターネットの接続はできますか？
館内全域で無料Wi-Fiをご利用いただけます。
パスワードは各お部屋に掲示しておりますので、そちらを入力してご利用ください。
Q. 館内で喫煙できますか？
館内は全室禁煙となります。電子タバコもご遠慮ください。
喫煙は指定された場所でのみ可能です。1Fの駐輪場横に喫煙所がありますので、そちらをご利用ください。
また室内での喫煙が確認された場合修繕代金、消臭料金として別途料金を頂く場合がありますので、ご了承くださいませ。
ご理解とご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。
Q. コインランドリーはありますか？
1Fにコインランドリーが2台(有料)がございます。
洗濯から乾燥まで可能です。
(洗濯洗剤は自動で投入されます)
Q. 駐車場はありますか？
当施設に駐車場はございません。
近隣にコインパーキングが多数ありますので、そちらをご利用ください。
Q. レンタサイクルはありますか？
PAQ １Fに、レンタサイクル「GERONIMO」が併設されています。
3種類のロードバイクをご用意しております。
【VEKTRON～ベクトロン】…折りたたみ電動自転車
【FX～エフエックス】…折りたたみロードバイク
【IVE～イヴ】…折りたたみロードバイク
町乗りから山乗りまで、いろんなシーンで活躍する自転車。

Q. 門限はありますか？
門限はございません。
出入り自由です。
ですが深夜早朝のお戻りの際は、他のゲスト様に対してのご配慮をお願いいたします。
Q. 未成年者だけで宿泊できますか？
当施設は未成年(18歳未満)のお客様だけのご宿泊に際し、慎重に対応させていただいております。
当日のチェックインまでに、未成年の宿泊に対する同意書の提示をお願いしております。
Q. 近隣に飲食店はありますか？
Q. When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 15：00-21：30.
Please contact us if you need to check-in after 21：30.
If you arrive at PAQ over 22 o'clock, you'll have to pay an extension fee.
Check-out is at 10AM.
Please return the keys to the key box located in the front desk.
Q. Are there shower and toilet in a room?
There are unit bath & toilet in single rooms, double room, twin rooms and deluxe rooms.
Dormitory room has shared shower room & toilet.
The shared shower room & toilet can be busy depending on time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Q. What kind of amenities do you provide?
Towels(large/small), tooth brushed, razors are provided for free in single room, twin rooms and deluxe rooms.
No towels, toothbrushes, razors are provided in dormitory rooms.
Please bring them with you or purchase them at the front desk.
Shampoo, Conditioner, body soap, hair dryer are available in each room.
Q. Do you have lockers?
Lockers are available for the guests staying in dormitory rooms.(5th floor:16 lockers, 6th floor:12lockers)
Dial type looker: W40cm, H40cm, D49cm
Please contact us if you would like to use them.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation will occur as follows.
- No show: 100% of total
- Cancellation requests made on the day of scheduled arrival: 100% of the total.
- Cancellation requests made two day prior to the scheduled arrival: 50% of the total
During Awaodori season is the following.
- All cancellation: 100% of total
- Only advance payment acceptable
*Bank transfer fees or any other charges will be incurred by the customer.
*Cancellation policy may differ on your scheduled stay.
Q. Do you have luggage storage service?
Yes, we can keep your luggage for free from 9 a.m.

Q. Can we use internet?
Free WiFi is available throughout the building
Please use the password provided in each room.
Q. Can we smoke inside?
Our hostel is smoke-free building. Vapors are also prohibited inside.
There is a designated area for smoking on the ground level next to the bicycle parking.
If we find you smoke inside, you may be charged for repairs/cleaning.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Q. Can we do laundry?
There are two washing and drying machine on the 1st floor.
Deluxe room comes with a washer and drying poles free of charge
※We don't have a dryer in Deluxe room.
Q. Can you park cars?
We do not have a parking lot on site.
Please use nearby parking lots.
Q. Do you offer rental bicycles?
You can rent a bicycle in "GERONIMO" at Hostel PAQ tokushima 1F.
Please contact us at the front desk.
We have 3 types of bicycle.
1)Vektron=Foldable Electric Bicycle
2)FX from Tyrell=Foldable Bicycle
3)IVE from Tyrell=Foldable Bicycle
You can enjoy cycling in various places.

Q. Do hostel guests have a curfew?
No, there is no curfew.
You may return/leave anytime.
However, please consider to other guests if you return very late at night or early morning.
Q. Are there restaurants or bars nearby?
There are many restaurants/bars within 5mins walking distance.
You can ask us if you have specific preferences.
